In general terms, Perceptive products are covered by a 90-day limited warranty, which allows for replacement, repair or return of the software at Lexmark's option. Full warranty details are included in the Perceptive Software Product Suite End-User License Agreement (EULA) located within Appendix D: Software and Services Agreement, Exhibit 1.
