Kofax to Highlight How Robotic Process Automation Powers Digital Transformation at IASA Insurance Conference
Industry Panel Session Will Feature Kofax and Safe-Guard Sharing Best Practices for Insurance Automation
Irvine, CA, May 24, 2017
Kofax®, a leading provider of software to simplify and transform the First Mile™ of business, announced that it will highlight its digital transformation solutions at this year’s IASA Educational Conference and Business Show in Orlando, FL from June 4-6.
Visitors to the Kofax booth (#1214) will have the opportunity to view demonstrations of the Kofax TotalAgility® platform and the Kofax Kapow™ robotic process automation (RPA) software, and learn how these and other Kofax products can help customers digitally transform essential business processes, including new policyholder onboarding, first notice of loss (FNOL), claims automation and other key insurance processes.
Kofax will be featured in two guided IASA Vendor Connect tours on June 5: “Delivering the Best Customer Experience” from 9:50-10:50 a.m. ET, and “Content Management & Workflow” from 11:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. ET. Each tour is discipline-specific and groups together like exhibitors that provide a service, software or other solution for that discipline.
Kofax will also take part in the Robotic Process Automation panel session on June 5 at 3:30 p.m. ET, along with its customer Safe-Guard and other RPA thought leaders. Moderated by Anthony O’Donnell, Executive Editor of Insurance Innovation Reporter, the session will explore how technology is being leveraged in real-world insurance use cases to deploy intelligent software robots as a digital workforce to perform both routine back office processes and more strategic process automation tasks.
“The insurance industry is fraught with manual, labor intensive, costly and inefficient processes. Robotic process automation can simplify many of these tasks, significantly reducing costs and accelerating digital transformation,” said Reynolds C. Bish, Chief Executive Officer of Kofax. “At IASA 2017, we will demonstrate how insurance organizations can leverage Kapow RPA as part of a more holistic approach to digital transformation that can improve the customer experience and bottom line.”
