Training Registration

To register for and be admitted to Kofax training, you must have a Training Voucher.  A voucher is your ticket to some of the best technical training available anywhere.

  1. Purchase vouchers. When you have your voucher, proceed to Step #2.
  2. Register for class. (Voucher number required.)
  3. Review cancellation policy below
  4. Review directions, transportation and lodging for your class.  If you have any questions that are not answered here, please call the Training Department at 949-727-1733 or send an e-mail to training@kofax.com.

CBT Option for Kofax Certified Solutions Providers

If you are a Kofax CSP, you have the option to attend a live training class or redeem your training voucher for Computer Based Training. If you choose the latter, you must complete and return a "CBT Request" form.

  1. Complete the form and submit it to Kofax Training
  2. Upon approval, you will receive instructions for completing your transaction and receiving your kit(s).

Cancellation Policy:  We are saving your seat!  We understand that there are occasions when a student must cancel attendance or reschedule the class date.  However, in order to provide everyone with the highest quality training at the best price, the following cancellation policy has been implemented:

Kofax requires written notice of cancellation or rescheduling at least 5 business days before the start of the course to avoid a cancellation fee.  You may write to Kofax via e-mail at training@kofax.com.

If the student cancels or reschedules the course from 3-5 business days prior to the first scheduled day of class, the student (or his/her company) will be charged one third (1/3) the list price of that class.

If the student cancels, reschedules the course  or does not show up on the date of class (regardless of the reason), Kofax will charge two thirds (2/3) of the class cost.

Most classes fill to capacity.  This policy is intended to minimize "no-shows" and, as much as possible, ensure that everyone who wants a seat will be able to get one.  Thank you for your cooperation.
