Services

Students: A maximum of 20 students will be trained per class (the room being used can accommodate 20 students with one PC each).

Costs:

• Kofax Capture - $18,000 for the first 6 trainees plus $1,500 for each additional trainee
• Customizing Kofax Capture - $14,400 for the first 6 trainees plus $1,200 for each additional trainee
• Kofax Transformation Modules - $24,000 for the first 6 trainees plus $2,000 for each additional trainee
• Travel - Training staff air travel, hotel, transportation and meals will be billed at actual cost.

Training Materials Provided By Kofax

Kofax will provide complete training materials for all attendees.

Course Duration:

• 5 full days for Kofax Capture Training & Certification
• 4 full days for Customizing Kofax Capture
• 4-1/2 days of Kofax Transformation Modules Training and Certification

Facility Requirements:

On-site system minimums include one PC for each student configured with:

• Pentium 4 class processor (recommend 2 GHz equivalent or better)
• 2 GB+ RAM, 10 GB disk space
• TCP/IP Protocol installed
• CD or DVD Reader
• Keyboard and mouse
• A USB port
• Flat panel or 17" .28 dot pitch monitor (1024 x 768 or higher display)
• Supported Windows Operating Systems (see software requirements in Installation Guide)
• Microsoft Internet Explorer 6 or higher
• Internet access, including access using SMTP on port 25 and POP3 on port 110
• Administrator permissions on local machine

Presentation Equipment:

• 1 LCD projector at minimum 1024 x 768 resolution
• 1 white projection screen
• Network connection and Internet access
• White board or flip chart with markers
