Computer-Based Training and Certification for Ascent Capture Internet Server 7.x

This program uses CD-based audio/visual components, manuals and job aids to optimize the learning experience.  Certification requires passing a final exam on each product with a score of 80% or better.

Course Duration: approximately 8 hours to complete

Computer Based TrainingKofax's Computer Based Training and Certification for ACI Server 7 uses our standard classroom training materials coupled with instructor presentations, demonstrations (presented on compact discs) and hands-on labs to give technical professionals the training they need to design, implement and support component-based document imaging and forms processing solutions.

This course is targeted toward Kofax Solutions Providers and end users who have had training or equivalent experience with Ascent Capture, as well as Microsoft's Internet Information Server (IIS).  The class covers Ascent Capture Internet Server (ACIS), a web server-based solution designed to maximize efficiency and cost-effectiveness when the document source is located away from the centralized capture network.

This hands-on course is designed to provide practice and a deeper understanding of ACIS as a viable solution for remote capture in a batch-oriented, production-level environment.  Trainees will install and use both server and client-side applications.

This course is designed to provide a suitable alternative for those who because of time, job commitments or travel economics, would prefer to participate in training from their desktops rather than coming to our standard 1-day course.  The "training kit" is complete with everything you need to be trained and certified.
