Kofax recommends that Kofax Capture / Ascent Capture product customer's that are not Certified Solution Providers contact their CSP for support.  If you do not know who you purchased your Ascent products from or who your CSP is, please contact Kofax Inside Sales Support and they will help you to determine who you can contact for technical support. 

Technical support for some Image Processing products, such as Kofax VirtualReScan, Kofax Document Scan Server, Kofax Capio, Kofax Adrenaline boards/runtimes, and ImageControls, may require product registration, a maintenance agreement, and/or an additional support contract.
