Description
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
This release of the BOWE BELL + HOWELL Sidekick scanner driver provides
support for the BOWE BELL + HOWELL Sidekick 1400u scanner with the 
Document Scan Server.


Known Issues
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Occasional image corruption may occur when scanning in grayscale mode and 
when scanning numerous documents in the same scan session, as follows:
- Corruption appears on the right edge of the image.
- A portion or the entire image is gray, when JPEG compression times out.
- A line appears across the middle of the image.

Note
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
- The scanner driver currently is not able to scan in duplex and color modes 
  with a resolution of 400 dpi or higher.
- The scanner driver does not currently support endorsing.


Known Behavior of the BOWE BELL + HOWELL Sidekick 1400u Scanner

If a grayscale document is scanned in color mode, the gray areas in the image
may appear streaked with color.
