Thank you for your interest in our Y2K compliance program. At this time there are no critical systems involved in the Y2K issue, which would prevent Kofax from conducting business in a timely manner. However, our compliance efforts are subject to those of our resellers and distributors as well. For this reason we will continue to monitor our suppliers, resellers and distributors to insure as prudently as possible, that they in turn can conduct business at the turn of the century.
Kofax's various computer systems covering our business operations, including order entry, customer billing, credit, inventory control, purchasing and vendor information have been tested and are Year 2000 compliant.
Kofax's computer systems relating to financial applications, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash applications, reporting and general ledger have been tested and are Year 2000 compliant.
Kofax's Data Center and Network Hardware and software have been tested and are Year 2000 compliant.
