This patch fixes or addresses the following reported issues:

1) SPR 29002 -  Documents below confidence threshold are not sent to QC in Xtrata 1.7 on systems with 
                specific regional settings. Instead, they are accepted and sent to release module.

MANUAL INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
=========================================================================================================

To manually install this Ascent Xtrata 1.7 patch on your Ascent Xtrata 1.7 or 1.7 SP1 client, 
do the following:


***** NOTE 1:  Verify that Ascent Xtrata 1.7 or 1.7 Service Pack 1 is installed first before applying 
               this file.

***** NOTE 2:  These instructions need to be applied to each existing Ascent Xtrata 1.7 or 1.7 Serivce
               Pack 1 installations.
 
               1) Terminate the Ascent Xtrata application.

               2) Replace %ProgramFiles%\Common Files\LCI\Components\FoxProj10_7.dll with the included 
                  DLL form the hotfix. 

                  It is recommended to rename the original file to FoxProj10_7.original and then to 
                  copy the new DLL in that place so the hotfix can be reverted.

               3) Restart the Ascent Xtrata application.


***** NOTE  3:  Republish the batch classes to have the fix applied.
