- Existing or newly registered customers, follow the instructions below to obtain the Kofax e-Transactions 3.0.1 (Service Pack 1) relese.
- 1. Log in to the Kofax Fulfillment Site (https://delivery.kofax.com/).
- 2. From the Your Software list, select Kofax e-Transactions 3.0.0.
- 3. Locate and select the Kofax e-Transactions 3.0.0 product from the Downloads list.
- 4. Read the Software License Agreement and check the box indicating you agree to the terms of the license agreement, prior to clicking Proceed to Download.
- 5. Click on the Kofax e-Transactions 3.0.1 file under the Product Release section to initiate the Kofax e-Transactions 3.0.1 file download.
- 6. Select and download any other Product Release you have a license for and/or Service Packs files you require.
- 7. Download and read all related Release Notes and other Product Documentation prior to installation.

and configuration of the base Capture product as well as troubleshooting
problems that occur in production. They have lots of experience with
installation problems, batch class setup, patch code and bar code problems,
hardware key issues, OCR engines, databases, etc. They provide support for the
Capture-related products including KCN Server, all Kofax Import Connector products as well as Kofax Mobile Capture, Kofax e-Transactions and Ascent Xtrata products. They
can assist with installation or connectivity problems across LANs or
the Internet.
