3rd Party Software Platform ComponentsPlease refer to the Kofax Cross Product Compatibility Matrix for 3rd Party Software Platform Components for this product (select the desired matrix format below). Kofax Cross Product Compatibility Matrix.pdf Kofax Cross Product Compatibility Matrix.xls This matrix lists the versions of 3rd Party Software Platform components that are supported for use with Kofax products. Kofax is committed to ensuring that our products work with these component versions and addressing issues that arise when our products are used in conjunction with them. Unless otherwise specified, we do not support the use of our product in conjunction with versions of software other than those listed in the Kofax Cross Product Compatibility Matrix. Once you have opened the file, click on the product tab that corresponds to this product. Additional Software RequirementsKofax e-Transactions Sender also requires Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5. If you have not upgraded to .NET Framework 3.5, the installation detects it and opens a window allowing you to download .NET Framework 3.5. Kofax e-Transactions Sender sends and receives email documents via SMTP (Simple Mail Transfer Protocol). If you are using an antivirus program that scans emails, you must add Kofax e-Transactions Sender to the list of applications that are trusted to communicate over your network, otherwise you may encounter problems when sending documents. Note: For some antivirus programs, you must disable the email scanning features. Unsupported EnvironmentsKofax e-Transactions is not supported for use in multi-user remote access environments. They have lots of experience with installation problems, batch class setup, patch code and bar code problems, hardware key issues, OCR engines, databases, etc. They provide support for the Capture-related products including KCN Server, all Kofax Import Connector products as well as Kofax Mobile Capture, Kofax e-Transactions and Ascent Xtrata products.
