Adrenaline EH-650/EH-650i Board & Corresponding AIPE Product Revision Levels

VRS/AIPE 4.0 is the most recent release of the Adrenaline EH-650, and EH-650i board's VirtualReScan (VRS) / Adrenaline Image Processing Engine (AIPE) product.

NOTE: Support for the Adrenaline EH-650 and EH-650 board products will end on 03/31/12. The Adrenaline EH-650/EH-650i Board w/AIPE 4.0 Web pages will continue to be available until 03/31/13.

4.0 04/05 With the release of AIPE 4.0 for the Adrenaline EH-650, & EH-650i boards, the Adrenaline Image Processing Engine product release was incorporated into the VirtualReScan (VRS) 4.0 product release. The AIPE 4.0 for the Adrenaline EH-650, & EH-650i boards is also available on a separate non-VRS CD.

 

Kofax Adrenaline Support

Kofax provides two types of support for all non-legacy Kofax Adrenaline (650 & 650i models only) products, listed below.

  • “No-Charge”
    “No-Charge” support consists of Web-Based support that includes the Kofax Knowledgebase and the Kofax Customer Portal for customers with a Kofax Adrenaline (650 & 650i models only) product currently under warranty.
  • "Fee-Based"
    "Fee-Based" telephone support from Kofax is available for all non-legacy Kofax Adrenaline (650 & 650i models only) product customers whose board is not under warranty.
