Adrenaline EH-650/EH-650i Board & Corresponding AIPE Product Support Overview

VRS/AIPE 4.0 is the most recent release of the Adrenaline EH-650 and EH-650i board's VirtualReScan (VRS) / Adrenaline Image Processing Engine (AIPE) product.

Current Adrenaline EH-650/EH650i Board's AIPE Release

  • Version 4.0
    The VirtualReScan (VRS) 4.0 product, released on 04/28/05, contains the latest Adrenaline Image Processing Engine (AIPE) 4.0 product for the Adrenaline EH-650 and EH-650i boards. This release replaced the Adrenaline Image Processing Engine (AIPE) 3.80 product for the Adrenaline EH-650 and EH-650i boards as the currently supported VRS/Adrenaline Image Processing Engine (AIPE) release.

Kofax Adrenaline Support

Kofax provides two types of support for all non-legacy Kofax Adrenaline boards, listed below.

  • “No-Charge”
    “No-Charge” support consists of Web-Based support that includes the Kofax Knowledgebase and the Kofax Customer Portal for customers with a Kofax Adrenaline board product currently under warranty.
  • "Fee-Based"
    "Fee-Based" telephone support from Kofax is available for all non-legacy Kofax Adrenaline board customers whose board is not under warranty..
