Kofax looks to partner with companies that have core competencies in selling, integrating, and supporting software applications, as well as expertise deploying complimentary technologies, with a proven track record in the marketplace.

Tell Me More

Kofax helps organizations capture and store documents for later use (archival), as well as capture data for critical business processes. First, consider which products best fit your business model, and how you will be involved in their delivery to customers. Possibilities include reselling Kofax Capture® for basic scanning and retrieval of documents to implementing customized Advanced Capture applications for business process automation (BPA).

Second, become technically certified in these specific Kofax applications prior to your first implementation. Kofax offers technical training courses (both classroom and computer-based format) that provide the education and hands-on experience necessary to complete certification. This training is available at a deep discount to new partners.

Kofax CAPTURE

If your customers need to scan documents for workflow and retrieval in a centralized, departmental, or standalone environment, considers offering Kofax Capture with VirtualReScan®. Ascent Capture is our core capture application which can be enhanced with other products listed below.

ADVANCED CAPTURE

Enhance the power and functionality of Ascent through customization or add-on capabilities such as forms processing or document extraction and separation with Ascent Xtrata Pro.

What's in it for me?

Kofax CSPs earn attractive margins on sales of Kofax products, and derive additional revenue from services and support. To ensure your success, Kofax provides the training and tools needed to successfully sell, install, support and market our products to your customers.

New CSPs receive:

  • NFR (not-for-resale) copies of Kofax application software for development and demonstration, plus free updates of each new major release
  • Sales training and ongoing sales support by a dedicated Kofax regional sales team
  • Assistance with pre-sales issues, including pricing, configuration, and response to RFPs/RFQs
  • Technical training, available as both classroom and computer-based courses
  • Technical support – web and telephone support
  • Marketing support, including Market Development Funds (MDF) your first year following certification
  • Access to our Partner website, home to a wealth of materials, information, and tools to help you win deals

What's required of a Channel Partner?

  • Use your best efforts to market, demonstrate, sell, and support Kofax solutions
  • Meet the annual requirements set by your Kofax Regional Sales Manager
  • Maintain a sufficient number of trained sales and certified technical personnel for your authorized Kofax products
  • Provide first line support to your customers for Kofax products
  • Attend Transform, the annual Kofax Partner Conference

How do I join the program?

  1. Complete and submit the Partner Application
  2. Upon approval of your application, pay the one-time program fee of $1500
  3. Purchase Ascent Basic Technical Training (required) and other technical training from Kofax – 50% discount when included on the purchase order with your program fee
  4. Complete the Basic Ascent Capture certification within 30 days

Additional Locations

If you have offices or locations in more than one state, region, or country that will also provide Kofax solutions and require the same level of support from Kofax as your primary location, they may be added under your reselling agreement with the Multi-Site program.
