Advanced Text Release

This module allows for naming text and pdf files with one or more index fields and also supports foldering. Certified for Ascent v7.x.

  • Kofax PDF Support: Using Ascent Capture 7.x functionality to build the code base, the Advanced Text Release supports the release of Kofax PDF documents.
  • File Naming Enhancements: The Advanced Text Release allows the Administrator to choose to release artifacts using the standard Ascent Capture naming convention (hexadecimal), a decimal format, or based on an Index Field value.
  • # Foldering: The Advanced Text Release allows the Administrator to configure the script to release artifacts into subdirectories whose names are based on Index Fields, Batch Fields, Ascent Capture Values, or Text Constants.

Sql Pass Thru

Ascent Capture ODBC Release Using SQL Pass-Through. This script is a modified version of the standard Ascent Capture Database script that ships with Ascent Capture 3.x. This script takes advantage of SQL Pass-Through statements, rather than accessing ODBC-compliant databases via the Microsoft Jet engines, to release documents much faster (especially to Oracle databases). This sample script is for example purposes only.

TextPlus
