What's in it for me?

Ascent® Resellers earn an attractive margin on sales of Ascent software, and have opportunities for revenue from additional services. New resellers receive training, tools, and support from Kofax to successfully sell, install, and support Ascent Capture customers, including:

  • The Reseller Edition (not-for-resale) of Ascent Capture and Ascent Capture Internet Server® software for development and demonstration.
  • Free updates of Ascent software.
  • Sales support and training, including a Kofax sales team to assist with pre-sales issues and conduct on-site sales training with your staff.
  • A marketing pack, including start-up sales collateral materials, product brochures, white papers, and the Kofax Resource CD.
  • Access to the exclusive Kofax partner Web site.

How do I remain an Ascent Reseller?

There are just a few requirements to maintain your active status in the Ascent Reseller program:

  1. Meet your annual sales requirement, set jointly with your Kofax Sales Manager.
  2. Maintain at least one complete demonstration system.
  3. Maintain at least one trained sales person and one certified technical person on your staff.
  4. Attend the annual Ascent Partner Conference to receive the latest Kofax product information.

How do I join the program?

To join our team, here's all you need to do:

  1. Complete and submit the Ascent Reseller Application.
  2. Pay the one-time program membership fee. Your Kofax distributor can supply details for your location.
