When did Kofax plc go public? At what price?
Kofax plc floated on the Alternative Investment Market (AIM) on 3 April 1996 at £2.70 per share (£0.68 as restated for the four for one share split of November 05). Kofax plc was admitted to the Official List of the London Stock Exchange on 08 December 1997. Kofax plc made a public offering on 28 January 2000 combined with a secondary listing on the Neuer Markt in Frankfurt, Germany. The secondary placing was done at £7.80 / €12.50 per share (£1.95 / €3.13 per share as restated for the share split). In July 2002 the company de-listed from the Neuer Markt, but retained a listing on the "Geregelter Markt" of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. DICOM delisted from the Frankfurt Stock Exchange on 29 December 2005.
