Kofax Plc Environmental Policy
Kofax plc and its group companies are committed to considering and attempting to reasonably minimise the organisation’s potential impact on the environment and improving their environmental performance.
In this respect, Kofax’s policy is to:
- Comply with current legislation and, where practical, seek to meet future legislative requirements as required;
- Integrate environmental objectives into relevant business decisions in a cost-efficient manner;
- Encourage all colleagues to address environmental responsibilities as a matter of their regular duties;
- Minimise our waste and then reuse or recycle as much of it as possible;
- Minimise energy use in our buildings where possible;
- Encourage recycling of paper, glass and cans where possible;
- Encourage the use of alternative means of transport and car-sharing as appropriate;
- Promote environmental awareness among our employees and ensure that all employees understand our environmental policy;
- Address complaints about any breach of our environmental policy promptly;
- Publish information on environmental performance; and
- Strive to improve our environmental performance and minimise the social impact and damage of activities by periodically reviewing out environmental policy in light of our current and planned future activities.
