Employee Wellness
Supporting employee wellness is fundamental at Kofax to ensure our employees are able to perform their best, to not only support the organization in achieving its goals but for their own personal wellbeing. We encourage our employees to participate in group activities that are arranged at each location, including annual, bi-yearly or quarterly events to allow employees to connect and network with their local peers, outside of their business department. All offices provide free beverages, and larger locations also provide a weekly fruit basket, to promote good health.

Educational Reimbursement Program
Eligibility for regular full-time employees after 90 days of employment. Requires preapproval. Amount of reimbursement is determined by length of service and grade received. Courses must carry academic credit.

Professional Development
In addition to our Educational Reimbursement Program, Kofax encourages every employee to participate in 2-5 days of professional development programs each year. All professional development programs are subject to manager approval.
